Ann Marie's story
My goal as a coach is to unravel the confusion and make it very clear on the information that is out there on nutrition and wellness. I will work with you one on one, small groups, large groups, businesses and corporations. I will work side by side with your gym trainer to put together a health and fitness plan to get you where you want to be. I will food shop with you, prepare food with you, cook with you, and show you how easy it is to exchange the unhealthy products with the healthy products at a comfortable pace based on your needs.
You have to feel confident this is a lifestyle change that you will adhere to, creating new healthy habits and make improvements to your health. Simple and easy with your Plant Based Coach, facilitating you to achieve your best and healthiest self.
I have been Whole Foods Plant Based since 2013 and have never felt better. I love it so much that I decided to go to school to further my knowledge and education. I enrolled in IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, NY) and completed the course.
We have more illness and disease today than ever before, and we need to get control back into our lives to improve before it’s too late. It’s okay not to be perfect, but we have to start and try… that is where I come in!

Learn the tricks to delicious vegan dishes with a personalized cooking coach session. Choose from 30 minutes to 2 hour sessions in person or over a device. The fee is $60/30 mins or $100/hr.
If booking 6 or more hours in a single month, please contact me directly for special rates.
